January 2024
This project is now in fitout phase which includes bathrooms tiled and sanitaryware fitted. Kitchens being fitted with units, appliances & equipment. Also decoration throughout and floor finishes and all second fix heating and electrical.
February 2024
February will continue as fitout phase internally to all properties, also external works will be ongoing to include hard and soft landscape works
March 2024
March will continue as fitout phase internally to all properties, also external works will be ongoing to include hard and soft landscape works. Properties will now be complete and being made ready for proffessional cleaning and handover to the project clients.

FCM Holdings Ltd strive to use local trades people and suppliers. Also working closely with local residents to ensure work carried has little impact on local residents and wider community.
Local Schools and Community centres, we will be looking to reach out schools, community centres and charities to see if there is anything we can do as a company to raise profiles or invite visits to projects.
